To use the Initiative Audience Lookup in a new batch, navigate to Donations > Enter Batches
Click on Create New to enter the new batch
Select a batch template that includes the Initiative Audience Lookup field.
To enter the payments for the batch click on the “click here” in the green bar that has populated at the top of the screen
Or by selecting Manage transaction in the drop down next to the save button
Enter the Initiative Audience number, the amount, and the payment type
By entering the Initiative Audience number, the contact information will auto-populate
All of the contact information can bee seen by clicking the magnifying glass next to the contact info name
Click the process button next to the save button to process the transactions when you are done.
The summary will now show of the new transactions
To see the transactions that have been made, navigate to Transaction > Search and Manage
This will display all transactions that have been made. You will also be able to see the contact information, the method of the donation, the amount, what form they used , and the initiative they responded to
