When a contact submits a transaction with new information, such as a new address or phone number, it can be updated on the transaction listing screen. On this screen you can filter for transactions that contain new information for contacts in the database.
To find contacts with new information, click on Advanced filter and navigate to the Advanced Tab.
Check the Yes box for New Info and click apply to filter for all contacts with new information.
Contacts that have submitted a transaction with new information will have yellow exclamation point to alert the user of the new information. Click on the exclamation point to view the new information.
You will then have the ability to update the contact, reassign the contact, or dismiss the alert and make no changes to the contact or transaction record.
Tip: You will also notice a blue bar at the top of the screen prompting to click More to apply default filters to the list.
By clicking More, you can select which filters to automatically add to the screen without using the Advanced filters.
