Introduction

Volunteer Sign-Up Forms will now only display active volunteer posts when selecting opportunities for a form. This update helps reduce clutter, prevents outdated posts from appearing in dropdown selections, and makes volunteer form setup easier to manage.

Prerequisites

Before configuring volunteer sign-up forms, ensure volunteer posts have been created and properly managed within CharityEngine.

No additional prerequisite configuration is required.


Instructions

Instruction: Configure Active Volunteer Posts

Step 1:

Navigate to the volunteer management area within CharityEngine.

Step 2:

Review existing volunteer posts.

Step 3:

Mark outdated or unavailable volunteer posts as inactive where applicable.

Step 4:

Save the volunteer post configuration changes.


Instruction: Review Volunteer Sign-Up Forms

Step 1:

Navigate to the applicable volunteer sign-up form configuration.

Step 2:

Review available volunteer post selections.

Step 3:

Verify that only active volunteer posts appear within the form selection options.

Step 4:

Publish or save form updates as needed.
