CharityEngine CRM 1-to-1 SMS Messaging Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern participation in the CharityEngine CRM 1-to-1 SMS Messaging Program (the “Program”). By opting in to receive SMS communications, you agree to these terms.
CharityEngine CRM 1-to-1 SMS Messaging Program
- Program Description
The CharityEngine CRM 1-to-1 SMS Messaging Program allows organizations using CharityEngine CRM to send person-to-person SMS messages through Twilio’s messaging platform.
By opting in, you may receive text messages related to:
- Donation confirmations and receipts
- Event reminders and updates
- Volunteer coordination
- Account notifications
- Customer service communications
- Follow-up communications related to prior engagement
Messages are conversational and may be sent by a live agent or authorized representative through the CharityEngine CRM platform.
- Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you received the message.
After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that sender.
If you want to join again, you may opt in as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with the organization. You may receive recurring or conversational messages based on your engagement, account activity, donations, event participation, or support inquiries.
- Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
- Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By opting into the Program, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.
- You consent to receive SMS messages from the applicable organization using CharityEngine CRM.
