My Preferences is the space to configure default viewing options for the Contacts and Transactions listing screens. Adjustments will be made to the individual's end user experience only and will not be applied at a 'global' setting for other users.
Step 1: Navigate to the Contacts App > My Preferences > Go
Change the Contacts Quick Filter Dates Default here. Preference management can include:
- Quick Filter Dates Default: includes options such as month to date (system default), all time, today, quarter to date, etc.
- Contact Search Default View: includes options such as Card View (system default), detailed view, summary view, etc.
- Default Sort Field: includes options such contact ID (system default), name, last name, gift probability, etc.
- Default Sort Order: includes options such as Ascending and Descending
Navigate to the Person, Organization, and/or Household tab to customize address type search.
Results from the Transaction listing screen can also be set based upon the individual's user preference.
Hide Declines Default to set preference of Yes to hide all declined transaction. Or No to expose all declined transactions during a search (system default). Note in the Advanced Filter from the Transaction Listing Screen, users can still choose to hide declined transactions for that specific search.
Quick Filter Dates Default to adjust Quick Filter Dates Default settings. Select from options such as Today (system default), week to date, month to date, quarter to date, etc.
